La Cuesta Farm is a Grade A state of Texas inspected goat dairy offering healthful non pasteurized whole goats' milk, kefir, chai and yogurt as well as a variety of delicious goat milk cheeses for table and culinary uses. We're easily reached only 30 minutes off I-35 between Dallas and Austin. That's just thirty minutes from Waco and two miles from beautiful Lake Whitney, the "Getaway Capital of Texas".
