Goat milk products from La Cuesta Farm include non pasteurized whole raw goat milk, non pasteurized yogurt, kefir and chai tea. Our Texas goat milk is guaranteed fresh for two weeks from production date. The sweet rich taste of the milk is assured by impeccable sanitation and chilling our milk from over 100 degrees from the doe to 45 degrees, a drop of 55 degrees in less than 15 minutes prior to packaging. Goat milk and colostrum is also available for animal consumption.

Grade A Raw Goat Milk
Americans have discovered the health benefits of goat milk. Goat milk has long been known as an alternative for those with cow's milk sensitivities . La Cuesta farm yogurt is also made from Grade A raw Texas goat milk cultured with living cultures for an acidophilus, lactobacillus rich yogurt. We add no thickeners, powdered milk , gelatin or flavorings of any kind. It's delicious.

Kefir
Kefir is a fermented milk drink rich in nutrients, beneficial bacteria, yeasts and and enzymes. Milk for animal use, soap, goat milk baths, and so on is produced the same way as for humans except that it is not rapidly chilled or micro filtered.
